Customer Service Point

The Pirkkala municipality’s Customer Service Point is a customer service center where you can get general advice about municipal services. There, you will also find the official notice board and customer computers for electronic transactions. At the Service Point, it is possible to remotely connect with a Kela official from 9 am to 3 pm, and assistance is also available for the services of Kela, the Employment and Economic Development Offices (TE services), and the Digital and Population Data Services Agency.
